What is a GMT watch?
It stands for Greenwich Mean Time. It is the mean solar time at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich, London, which has been the standard for timekeeping since 1884. GMT is used as a global time standard and is the same as Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) for practical purposes.
